I ordered these cards in mid-December 2023 and they finally arrived mid-April 2024. They had a quality issue two weeks before Chinese New Year with some of the cards being marked with an ink spot. Even though it was their mistake, they would not prioritize me and I had to wait weeks until after Chinese New Year to get it fixed and shipped. Therefore, I missed the events in March that I wanted to use the cards to provide as gifts. Communication was professional and I was aware of all issues, but more should have been done to get the issues fixed and items shipped. I did not have my own shipping or freight fowarder and relied on them to ship. I recommend to any customers that you utilize your own shipping and customs agent. The cards and boxes are good quality and this packaging is excellent. I did find the cards were a little smaller than standard poker cards, which is what I requested. In summary, the items are of good quality, but it took much longer than expected.
